Geographic Restrictions
Important Notice: Due to regulatory requirements, we do not accept returns from or process refunds for orders originally shipped to California, Washington, or New York. If you attempted to circumvent our geographic restrictions, no refunds will be provided.
Return Conditions
To request a return, the following criteria must be met:
- Timeframe: Request within 30 days of receipt
- Product condition: Unused and in original condition (except if defective)
- Packaging: Preferably in original packaging
- Proof of purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required
- Location: Not shipped to/from CA, WA, or NY

All shipping costs for defective products are covered by Solfix.

Exchanges
We only exchange for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrectly shipped items
- Products damaged during shipping
For other cases, we recommend making a new purchase after refund.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
- Incorrect address provided: Reshipping with additional shipping fee
- Delivery refused: Shipping costs deducted from refund
- Package not collected: Treated as delivery refusal
- CA, WA, or NY address: Order cancelled, full refund minus shipping

Rules for VIP Members
Refunds for Discounted Purchases
Refunds for products purchased with VIP discounts (25% or 80%) will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original product price.
Extended Warranty
VIP customers are entitled to a 1-year extended warranty on products purchased during the subscription period. Replacements or repairs will be provided free of charge, except in cases of misuse.
Free Shipping on Exchanges
VIP members will have return and reshipping costs fully covered by Solfix for exchanges or returns due to defects (excluding CA, WA, NY).
Late or Lost Packages
If your order doesn't arrive within 20 business days:

- Contact us
- We'll initiate investigation with carrier
- We'll arrange reshipment or refund as needed
Non-Returnable Items

Partial Refunds
